By supporting the AI Companion project, referred to in these terms as the Project, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not support the Project.

AI Companion is a project currently in concept and development stage. It is not a finished product and it is not available for immediate delivery.

Supporting the Project does not constitute a preorder, does not constitute a guaranteed reservation, does not constitute the purchase of a final product, does not guarantee delivery of a product, and does not grant any ownership right in the Project.

Any financial contribution made through the Project is a voluntary contribution intended to support the development of the Project.

The AI Companion Project is initiated and developed by an independent natural person acting in a personal capacity, with the intention of creating and developing the product described on the website and in the project materials.

The Project is not represented by a company, is not operated by a legal entity, does not constitute a traditional commercial offer, and does not create a standard product sale relationship.

Supporters understand and accept that they are contributing to the development of an independent project that remains in active development.

Funds collected through the Project may be used for technical development, prototyping, design, testing, engineering, initial production, operational costs, logistics costs, and other expenses that may be necessary for the development, validation, preparation, or continuation of the Project.

There is no guarantee that the funds collected will be sufficient to complete the Project or to bring the Project into production.

By supporting the Project, you acknowledge and expressly accept that significant risks exist.

These risks include, without limitation, the possibility that the Project may be delayed, modified, reduced in functionality, postponed for an indefinite period, canceled entirely, may fail technically, may fail financially, or may never reach production.

All supporters expressly accept these risks before making any contribution.

All contributions are final and non-refundable.

By making a contribution, you expressly accept that there is no refund, no return of funds, no withdrawal after payment, and no later cancellation by request of the supporter.

Funds are treated as contributions intended to support the development of the Project.

A refund may take place only if required by applicable law or by the rules of the payment processor used for the Project.

Supporting the Project does not guarantee delivery of a product, completion of the Project, serial production, or future availability of the product.

If the Project never reaches production, contributions will not be returned except where refund is required by applicable law or payment processor rules.

Supporters may receive project updates, launch notifications, early access opportunities, discount codes, or other future benefits that may be determined by the Project initiator.

These benefits have no monetary value, are not guaranteed, may be modified or removed, and are not transferable unless the Project initiator explicitly decides otherwise.

If discount codes are offered, they do not have monetary value, cannot be converted into cash, are not guaranteed, may be subject to usage limitations, and are valid only if the product is launched.

If the product is never launched, any such discount codes will have no value and no redemption right.

The Project initiator reserves the right to modify the product design, specifications, features, final price, timeline, production strategy, hardware direction, software scope, and other project details at any time.

These changes may be made without approval from supporters.

Any timeline presented on the website, in the whitepaper, in campaign materials, or in project updates is purely estimated and does not represent a contractual promise.

Delays are possible and are expressly accepted by supporters.

All rights relating to AI Companion remain exclusively with the Project initiator, including rights in the design, concept, software, branding, documentation, materials, text, graphics, technical direction, and ideas associated with the Project.

Supporters do not acquire intellectual property rights, licensing rights, ownership rights, or any form of equity by contributing to the Project.

The Project initiator is not responsible for financial losses, unrealistic expectations, delays, design changes, changes in functionality, failure of the Project, or unavailability of the final product.

Any liability, to the extent legally permitted, is limited to the value of the contribution made by the supporter, and contributions are non-refundable except where required by law or payment processor rules.

Supporting the Project does not create a commercial sale relationship, a partnership relationship, an investment relationship, an equity relationship, a shareholder relationship, or any other ownership or investor status.

Supporters are not investors and do not receive equity, securities, profit participation, or control rights in relation to the Project.

The Project initiator reserves the right to stop the Project, suspend the Project, change the direction of the Project, or abandon the Project entirely, at any time and without any obligation to continue development.

In such a case, there is no obligation to return contributions, except where required by applicable law or payment processor rules.

By supporting the Project, you confirm that you understand that the Project may fail, that there is no refund as a general rule, that the product may never be launched, that your contribution is voluntary, and that you accept all of these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice.

The Project initiator also reserves the right to modify the whitepaper, roadmap, specifications, estimates, project documentation, campaign text, supporter benefits, technical descriptions, and any other published project material at any time.

The updated version may be published on the website and will replace prior versions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law applicable to the Project initiator.

AI Companion is an independent project in active development, created with the goal of building an innovative product.

Contributions are intended to support development and do not represent the purchase of a final product.
